Members of the Chicago Suburban Radio Association will be activating W4V – HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes Special Event Station over the 2022 Labor Day Weekend at Hickory Hills Campground in Secor, IL. The W4V activation will be primarily on 15, 20, 40 & 80 meters. During the special event you can find us on DXSummit.fi

Tentative operating schedule is:

Friday 9/2/22: 1800-2200 CDT

Saturday9/3/22: 0800-2200 CDT

Sunday 9/4/22: 0800-1500 & 1900-2200 CDT

Monday 9/5/22: 0800-1600 CDT

If you are in the Bloomington/Normal area this weekend feel free to stop out at 
Hickory Hills Campground for a visit.

The purpose of the Special Event is to bring awareness to the HOOAH Deer Hunt for Heroes organization and the benefits they bring to our veterans. While we are not soliciting donations, any donations received with QSL requests will be forwarded to HOOAH.
